Last year, my colon took a turn for the worst and I ended up with colon cancer.  Fortunately due to early detection we caught it early.  I lost my colon in the process, but I don't have cancer.  I'm raising money for their cause becasue it's also my cause.  Please get yourself checked!!  

Bucks Bikes is a local bike shop that I fully support.  Buck is knowledgeable and makes a great effort to provide the best services.  During this COVID-19 period he's offered to pick-up and deliver bikes from people's homes to service them.  I like to support my local businesses as much as I can.

Keeping up with the supporting local shops, South Sound Running is great.  I was a manager at a running store years ago and I'm very critical of those types of services.  South Sound running hits the mark.  They will fit you for the best shoe that meets your needs!!

"Swim Speed Secrets", a great book and a must read for those looking to swim faster.  I worked with Sheila in April of 2011 and it was a great experience for me as a coach and the group who came to participate. I also watched Sheila finish in first place at the 2000 triathlon Olympic Trials in Texas.  It was truly an honor to watch the trials and later to be able to work with her!!
